Become a member of our free-choice, whole-diet, locally-grown Winter CSA.
Kiss the Cow Farm offers our Whole Diet Winter CSA, which features not only our own products (such as milk, eggs, ice cream, chicken, veal and maple syrup) but also almost 300 products from other local farmers and producers, including vegetables, meats, dairy, pantry staples, heath & beauty aids and more. We're adding new products all the time.
By signing up for our CSA, you'll be able to enjoy these local foods every week, plus we'll deliver to a location near you!
Each week we’ll send you an email prompting you to order for that week. Select online what you'd like and it'll all get boxed and will be ready for you to pick up at your location. Order only the items you want; pay for only those items. Easy peazy!
The CSA is flexible to your needs – if you're going away for the week, don’t order anything. Having some family over? Order extra! You receive only the food you want on the weeks you want it. Easily order, track your purchases, balance or even add more to your account online. Again, easy peazy!
Multiple payment options. More easy peazy!
Cash, checks, credit cards and first-borns all accepted. Either in full or monthly payment plan. (Okay, maybe not first-borns, that would be a debit not a credit)! Cost and weeks are automatically prorated if you begin after the start date.
Please note, there is a one-time bagging and delivery fee of $35 to help us cover these costs. (This fee is does not apply if you choose to pick up your Shares at the Farm Store).
Pick-up locations are:
New This Season! - Create your own pick up location for 4 or more members. Yet another way we try to make getting local food convenient for you. (Subject to scheduling demands).
Safe Pickups
Each week, CSA bags will be spaced out (hopefully in the shade!) at the pickup location, allowing you to keep an appropriate distance from others.
For those of you picking up at the Farm Store, it is likely, even with the increased volume we're experiencing, that you will be the only one in the store for the few minutes you are there. You can always respectfully ask a newcomer to wait outside until you are finished.
Sponsored Shares
Folks signing up can optionally choose to donate either an amount ($25, $50, or $100), or a small share. There is no obligation to do this, but please consider helping out a neighbor who may not otherwise have access to such great food safely.
If you would like to become a member but cannot afford a share, please contact us at kissthecowfarm@gmail.com. We may have funding available from generous neighbors to help you out.
Delivery Volunteers Wanted
Would you consider helping us feed our neighbors? Delivering food bags to the pickup locations is a safe way to make a real difference in peoples' lives.
