"At the Kiss the Cow farm store, you can find an amazing array of products from their own farm as well as a few dozen neighboring suppliers. It’s open 24 hours a day, brightly lit and very well organized by the very hard-working, friendly and always cheerful Randy and Lisa Robar.
They offer their own organic eggs and those from several farms around Barnard (GMO and non-), unpasteurized milk meticulously inspected by the State of VT, many local cheeses, a range of vegetables (carrots, kale, potatoes, onions, garlic, squashes), freshly frozen breads from a VT bakery, coffees and teas, delicious cuts of meats from their own herd and those of others, frozen chickens, a wide choice of remarkable gourmet chocolates, home-made ice creams, maple syrup, honey, jams and jellies, organic flours and gifts such as t-shirts, sweat shirts and artisanal healthcare products and confections. In the fall...fresh turkeys. In summer…fresh greens and tomatoes. No fresh seafood, but they do carry frozen wild salmon from Alaska.
Off Royalton Turnpike Road, the driveway's right across from Bowman Road. You can’t miss that beautiful farm looking peacefully over the fields from the slight rise in the road - Marleen
