Early summer mornings are a special time in the garden. The sun is peeking over the hills and trees. The birds are catching up after a night of rest. Pollinators buzz about, doing their silent and sacred work. The cows are lying down, serenely chewing cud. Another day is just beginning.
This is when we walk the rows, checking the plants, prioritizing the work for the day, and assessing what is ready to be plucked from the ground, after weeks of growing.
After laboring for months during the cold, snow-filled days of March, the fickle days of April, and warm, rainy days of May, we have arrived at this moment: the harvest.
Everything that has transpired has brought us to this moment. It’s awe inspiring seeing all the work coming to fruition as these plants blossom and stretch for the sky. You can smell the warm earth, the strong scent of the tomato plants.
We’re moved that we could grow all this wondrous food.

A canvas of color and shapes slowly sway in the breeze. A buzz of insects and fragrances vie for attention. This is a special section of the garden.
Each week, when in season, we will offer bouquets in the Farm Store and through our Full Diet CSA. Additionally, you can pick your own flowers during our weekly Popup Farm Stand Saturday mornings.
Culinary herbs, such as basil, cilantro, dill, rosemary, sage, and thyme will also be available for u-pick.
